Silva Starts vs. Metz

Tuesday, April 28

Jonathan Johnson of ESPN FC reported that Silva is starting against Metz.

Silva Substituted During Barcelona Clash

Wednesday, April 15

Silva left the pitch during his team's meeting with Barcelona in the first half, and he was visibly frustrated doing so, as shared by Bleacher Report UK's Jonathan Johnson:

According to MailOnline Sport, the injury was to his thigh:

The veteran centre-back is PSG's rock in defence, and Blanc really couldn't afford to lose his captain. As shared by Sport, replacement David Luiz was injured himself and deemed not ready for Wednesday's clash:

Blanc needs his best players fit, particularly if they're to pull off a Champions League miracle when they head to the Camp Nou, but Silva will not travel.
