WWE Extreme Rules 2015: Feuds That Will Increase Excitement Level for Event
Extreme Rules is always filled with fun matches featuring dangerous stipulations, but as any good wrestling fan knows, it's the storylines that make things more exciting.
As of this writing, we only know of three bouts that will definitely take place at the pay-per-view, but a few feuds will almost certainly lead to more additions to the card.
WrestleMania 31 was a huge success for WWE, but it's important that the people in charge do not slow down just because the biggest show of the year is now part of history.

Most Likely Backlash Heel/Face Turns 🎭
WWE must make sure that Extreme Rules is a show worth following what we saw at 'Mania, which means the company needs great storylines with intrigue and excitement.
Let's take a look at some of the programs that can make that happen.
John Cena and Rusev
The feud between Rusev and John Cena has solidified The Bulgarian Brute as a top heel. Rusev has been on the main roster for just over a year and is already in a heated rivalry with the company's top star. That is a sign that he will have a very bright future.
The program they have worked since FastLane has been good for both Superstars. Rusev benefits from being involved with a main event player, while Cena is finally in a fresh feud for the first time in what feels like forever.
The physicality these two have put into every confrontation has made every segment they're involved in entertaining, but it's their chemistry that has kept it going for this long.
Rusev's anti-American gimmick and Cena's devout patriotism are the perfect combination, and fighting over the United States Championship brings the title the kind of attention it has needed for a long time.
They each hold one PPV victory over the other, which makes Extreme Rules the rubber match. If some kind of stipulation is added to their title bout, it could be one of the more entertaining encounters of the night. Let's just hope it's not a Flag match.
Seth Rollins and Randy Orton
Seth Rollins and Randy Orton seem like they were tailor-made for each other. Rollins embodies so many of the same qualities that made Orton such a great heel, which is part of what makes them a perfect fit.
Orton was the vicious backstabber who would RKO his own father to get ahead, and now Rollins has become the kind of guy you would expect to do the same.
Their personalities mesh perfectly, but it's their chemistry in the ring that will make this one of the best matches at Extreme Rules, if not the best.
The performance they delivered at WrestleMania 31 was one for the ages. They both made everything they did look so easy, and that RKO at the end of the match was just plain beautiful.
The way they play off each other every week never gets old. Orton's absence has helped breathe some new life into his character, and his rivalry with Rollins has been just as helpful.
It's unlikely Rollins will lose the title a month after winning it, but nobody is going to care if the outcome is predictable, because every second of the buildup and their match will be unbelievably entertaining.
Sheamus and Dolph Ziggler
With Daniel Bryan set to defend the Intercontinental Championship against Bad News Barrett, Dolph Ziggler is left without a title to chase. Enter Sheamus.
It seems like Sheamus and Ziggler are on a collision course that will end with a match at Extreme Rules, and if that ends up being the case, it will surely be one of the highlights of the show.
Sheamus' new attitude has helped him reinvent his character. Goofy beard and hair aside, it's a change that he has needed for quite some time.
What Sheamus needs to really take off as a heel is one great pay-per-view match against someone who can make him look like the most dangerous heel in the company—and nobody makes people look better than Ziggler.
The Showoff's ability to sell his opponent's offense and perform at such a high level is what makes him so much fun to watch. Even when he is losing, he is still stealing the show.
These feuds will all contribute to the success of Extreme Rules because they will yield the best matches and stories, but there is still room on the card to add more.
Which current storylines would you like to see lead to showdowns at the most extreme PPV of the year?
