Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
It's been quite an interesting NFL odyssey for the 27-year-old Morgan. An undrafted free agent out of Walsh in 2011, he was acquired by the Saints and didn't play until 2012, when he had 10 receptions for 379 yards and three touchdowns.
But adversity followed thereafter when Morgan tore his ACL and missed all of 2013, and he was then suspended in 2014 and appeared in just five games, making five receptions for 92 yards.
There's no doubting Morgan has produced when his number has been called upon. Now that explosive playmakers like Kenny Stills and Jimmy Graham have gone elsewhere this offseason, perhaps Morgan can carve out a prominent role in New Orleans' Drew Brees-triggered passing attack.
