Pepe Asked Gerard Pique in Middle of El Clasico How His Newborn Son Was Doing

We have yet more evidence that Real Madrid star Pepe is not the bad guy some people like to paint him out to be.

Last December, it was revealed that the Portugal international bought nine tonnes of food for poor families in Madrid.

Now, Barcelona star Gerard Pique has revealed a less significant (yet still classy) move that Pepe did in the middle of Sunday's El Clasico.

Pique said, per Marca, "At a corner Pepe asked about my second son and if he is a handful at home. So did [referee] Mateu Lahoz at one point when Ronaldo was attacking."

Pique's pop star girlfriend, Shakira, gave birth to the couple's second son at the end of January.

No big deal, you may say, but still nice of Pepe to put club rivalries aside and show respect to a fellow human being.
