Kolo Toure facts were doing the rounds earlier this week—and you can add to the list the Ivory Coast star getting international call-ups despite retiring.

The defender formally quit the international scene after the African Cup of Nations earlier this year, as per BBC Sport.

But that hasn't stopped him being picked for the latest squad, along with goalkeeper Boubacar Barry, who also quit after the tournament, which the team won.

The BBC describes the call-ups as "token" from Herve Renard, but frankly, if Kolo shows up with a pair of boots and an orange shirt, we're sure he'd be in the action against Angola and Equatorial Guinea.
