Draft Lottery Winners and Losers
C Brad Richards, Chicago Blackhawks (OPRK: 24th; FPPG: 2.6) ($4,900)

Even on a third line for the Chicago Blackhawks, Brad Richards is still posting decent numbers. The 34-year-old center has two goals and one assist in his last four games, with 12 shots on goal over that span.
His six shots on Wednesday led to a game-winning goal against former team New York. Though he's not playing the Rangers again, Richards still has a favorable matchup against another former team, the Dallas Stars, and he should find a way to come away with points for fantasy owners.
W Bobby Ryan, Ottawa Senators (29th; 3.4) ($5,300)
Bobby Ryan finally got off the schneid on Thursday with a goal from one of his four shots. He also added a blocked shot for his first game with five or more fantasy points in the last 10 outings.
Considering Ryan potted the game-winning goal, it likely helped recover some of the confidence he showed earlier in the season. Nearing the 20-goal mark and already over 30 assists this season, Ryan should stay on track against the Toronto Maple Leafs.
Still at a low value due to his lull in scoring, Ryan can be had at a price considerably lower than earlier this year. At a No. 2 or 3 spot in DraftKings lineups, Ryan should be one player who pays off as he continues to rebound late in the season.
D Justin Schultz, Edmonton Oilers (24th; 2.3) ($4,500)

Daily owners typically just want defensemen who can put up decent point totals regardless of whether they're scoring or not. Justin Schultz, at under $5,000, has recently shown just that for the Edmonton Oilers.
The young defenseman didn't score on Wednesday but still had two blocked shots and three shots on goal for owners. After registering 2.5 fantasy points against Columbus, Schultz is averaging 3.5 over his last five matchups. Expect that trend to continue against a porous Philadelphia Flyers.
G Roberto Luongo, Florida Panthers (21st; 4.5) ($7,700)

In his first game back from a shoulder injury, Roberto Luongo looked impressive for the Florida Panthers. The veteran goalie staved off 26 of 27 shots against the Detroit Red Wings to earn a win and 7.2 fantasy points for his owners.
Though he had to take some time off to heal, Luongo is prepared to start every game down the stretch. He spoke about that with Luke Fox of Sportsnet: "Especially the first back-to-back, Montreal-Ottawa, those are going to be two huge games for our club, so I definitely want to play both of those.
"We're still on the outside looking in. The thing is, now we've got to catch two teams instead of one."
Considering the fact that Florida is five points out of a playoff spot, Luongo's effort will be ratcheted up down the stretch. Going against a Boston Bruins team that rank 21st in fantasy points scored for goalies, Luongo should have another good outing at a lower price than other top goalies.
UTIL Erik Condra, Ottawa Senators (29th; 1.9) ($3,900)

This one is a bit of a stretch, but Erik Condra is a solid choice for a final roster spot thanks to his recent production. Over the last three games, Condra has three assists. He has also collected five shots on goal during the last two contests.
He may be averaging just 1.9 fantasy points per game this season, but he has had four games with five or more fantasy points in over the last nine outings. Whether he's a third wing who enables you to afford a premier player such as Alex Ovechkin or a utility player, the Senators third-line wing can be trusted for decent production.
