English Clubs Crash out of Europe in Spectacular Fashion, Memes Surface

It hasn't exactly been a banner year for English football in European competitions. 

In fact, as the last three English sides—Arsenal, Manchester City and Everton—crashed out of Europe in consecutive days, it was historical how fast England was no longer represented in the Champions League or Europa League.
