Where Is The Evidence
Ro ShiellAug 21, 2009
I am reading all the comments and all the stories and all the judgments, however what I am not reading is clear cut EVIDENCE that Rose did not take that test, personally. If looking fishy was a crime there would be more jails than MacDonald's in the world.
According to Mike Decourcy (sportingnews.com) Rose's test were nullified because he failed to respond to letters written to him by the clearing house while he was away trying to win a championship in the Tournament! I am sure they have his complete attention now. Investigate away before penalising the whole school, and its fan base, never mind the other student athletes who have done nothing wrong.

Report: Biggest Spenders in Men's CBB 🤑
To go and outright declare a whole season void is a bit heavy handed. As for the people declaring Calipari everything but the Antichrist a closer look might serve you well before you express judgment. When you work in an industry when corruption is rife there will always be allegations. There are such things as coincidence. From my understanding as soon as Coach Calipari heard that Marcus Camby had taken money he reported this the the NCAA.
As for the Memphis situation, a lot of people have declared he left town as soon as he saw the axe coming. I would be more inclined to believe this if he had some how ended up at a Mid Major School and not one of the greatest college basketball schools ever! Same when he supposedly ran out of town, at UMASS. He only ended up in the NBA, the epitome of the coaching carousal. I am not saying that he is squeaky clean but to date there has been no clear cut evidence of him passing out brown envelopes to street agents or changing grades or harassing players with unnecessary telephone calls out of season.
If a man walks away from court after being proven not guilty of a crime, twice, does this make him a criminal?
