North Florida head basketball coach Matthew Driscoll clearly knows how to connect with his players. Brian Shaw, take notes.

After taking a brief break to say a prayer following the first half of the Ospreys' First Four matchup against Robert Morris on Wednesday, Driscoll joined the halftime interview and broke down the action in one succinct statement.

"Between the black lines, it's about players being players," he said. "Ballers make plays; dudes are dudes. That's the way life works."

This guy gets it.
