Juventus star Paul Pogba is currently sidelined by a muscular injury that has derailed his momentum at a crucial stage of the season.

Pogba Out for 50 Days

Juventus revealed that Pogba would miss around seven weeks after the injury picked up against Borussia Dortmund, via Andrew Das of the New York Times.

France boss Didier Deschamps previously confirmed the 22-year-old would not be fit enough to play a part in either of the nation's friendly games against Brazil and Denmark, per GFFNPressConferences.

Pogba Limps Out of Dortmund Clash

Wednesday, March 18.

The Bianconeri man was forced off in the first half through injury with Juventus leading 1-0 against Borussia Dortmund in their Champions League last-16 second-leg match at Signal Iduna Park.  

The French midfielder limped off with an apparent muscle injury after 27 minutes and was replaced by Andrea Barzagli, per ESPN FC:

As one of Juve's talismanic presences, it was an untimely loss for the Italian champions.
