NCAA Women's Bracket 2015: Complete Schedule and Championship Predictions
The stage is finally set and the women are ready to take over the spotlight. Though much of the focus is typically on the men's NCAA bracket, the women have an equally enthralling schedule set for the next few weeks.
Just six wins separate every team in the bracket from a national championship. There are, however, only a handful of teams that are actually expected to remain standing for the Final Four in Tampa, Florida.
All four No. 1 seeds in this year's bracket are from different conferences, with each team winning its conference tournament. UConn, as per usual, is the top overall seed, with its only loss coming in the second game of the year against Stanford.
The Huskies have won the last two national championships and are in search of a 10th title overall. Before the games get underway, here's a look at the full schedule and championship prediction for the women's NCAA tournament.

Championship Prediction
Over the last six years, UConn or Notre Dame has been one of the two teams playing in the national championship game. When the two programs matched up against one another on the biggest stage last season, head coach Geno Auriemma and the Huskies clinched a second straight title.
This year, the teams will have a repeat after both put together sensational seasons yet again.
Similarly to last year, Breanna Stewart and Kaleena Mosqueda-Lewis lead the way for the Huskies. Both forwards are averaging over 15 points per game, but Stewart's defensive presence is what makes her so special. The junior ranks second on the team in both blocks (85) and steals (52).
Along with its tandem of forwards, UConn also boasts the trio of Morgan Tuck, Moriah Jefferson and Kia Nurse, who all average double digits in scoring. But even with a talent-laden roster, Auriemma knows his team isn't guaranteed another title, per the Associated Press (via The Boston Globe):
"This is why you coach. This is why you come to Connecticut if you are one of these players. Are we mature enough to handle it? We will find that out very soon.
The fact that everybody thinks it’s a done deal, that we’re going to win the whole thing, those are probably people who have never coached, or haven’t coached in a Final Four or have won a national championship.
"
Auriemma has done just that multiple times throughout his career. Another coach who has accomplished all that is Muffet McGraw of Notre Dame. She has the Irish looking like a title contender yet again on a current 17-game winning streak.
Paced by Jewell Loyd and Brianna Turner, the Irish are riding high heading into the tournament. With both the men's and women's basketball programs winning the ACC title, March is looking promising in South Bend, Indiana.
Given the power up front for both programs and the leadership in Loyd for Notre Dame and Stewart for UConn, both should torch through the bracket on the way to Tampa Bay. Any time Auriemma is in the national championship game, he wins. Expect nothing less on April 7.
Prediction: UConn knocks off Notre Dame for Auriemma's 10th title.
