Best Potential Storylines for Roman Reigns Following WWE WrestleMania 31
WWE's main focus right now is to build up WrestleMania 31, but once the biggest pay-per-view of the year is over, the company will still have to keep things interesting.
With the event under two weeks away, it's time to start looking at possible storylines after it's over—specifically for Roman Reigns.
Reigns is set to face Brock Lesnar for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship in the main event of the evening. Odds are good that the former Shield enforcer will win the title, but it doesn't mean he will leave as champion.

Most Likely Backlash Heel/Face Turns 🎭
Seth Rollins still has his Money in the Bank briefcase, and since Reigns will likely be worn out following his match with Lesnar, there will be no better time for Rollins to strike.
Let's take a look at some of the best possible feuds and angles for Reigns after WrestleMania 31.
Seth Rollins Cashes In on Reigns
If WWE sticks to its rule about the MITB contract's expiration after one year, Rollins will have only a couple of months to use it. He has held the briefcase since June of last year, and it's about time he put it to good use.
Cashing in after a brutal encounter with The Beast Incarnate would give Rollins the advantage he needs to ensure victory, but it's also possible WWE could wait until the following Raw for him to take the title from Reigns to give the post-PPV show a boost.
If this happens, the two former Shield brothers would enter into a program for the title which could go for a few months. Seeing as Reigns never really went after Rollins following his betrayal the way Dean Ambrose did, this would be the feud fans have been waiting for since last year.
Reigns and Rollins have so much history that failing to capitalize on it would seem like a missed opportunity. WWE needs to use the ex-partners' history, the MITB briefcase and the championship as tools to facilitate what would undoubtedly be an excellent feud.
Reigns is often criticized for not being as versatile in the ring as some other Superstars, and if there's anyone who can bring out the best in him, it's Rollins.
Mr. Money in the Bank is a technical master who has shown his willingness to take big risks countless times. These two would have some great fights for the belt, and fans might just forget that they haven't seen the title every week for the past several months.
Lesnar and Reigns Continue Their Rivalry
If Lesnar decides to sign with WWE following WrestleMania 31, he will have a rematch for the title coming up, likely at Extreme Rules.
The great thing about this option is that Lesnar doesn't necessarily have to lose the title at WM. If he signs a new deal before the PPV, Reigns could continue chasing the belt through the next month.
The feud between Lesnar and Reigns has been carried by Paul Heyman's expert promo skills thus far, but that is mainly because there was so much time between the Royal Rumble and now.
Right now, it feels like the only reason behind this program is Reigns' victory in the Rumble. Pushing them through another month will make it seem more like a real feud, especially if Reigns has a good showing against Lesnar in two weeks.
Bray Wyatt Pursues the Title
Bray Wyatt is currently embroiled in a feud with The Undertaker, but once WrestleMania is over, it may be time for WWE to consider putting him in a top feud for the World Heavyweight Championship.
Wyatt has been one of the most consistently entertaining Superstars on the roster for a long time. His verbal game is way ahead of the curve, and he has the skills to have a good match with just about anybody.
Wyatt and Reigns were at each other's throats the most during the feud between The Shield and The Wyatt Family, and it's time they reignited that rivalry.
If Wyatt is able to defeat The Undertaker, the only mountain he has left to climb will be winning a title, and with his popularity and ability, he could jump right into chasing the top title instead of languishing in midcard hell.
The time is right for Wyatt to start climbing the WWE ladder, and Reigns would be a great opponent to battle in his pursuit of gold.
Dean Ambrose Makes Three
Dean Ambrose is currently part of the Intercontinental Championship feud, but if he doesn't win the title at WrestleMania, he will need something to do.
Rollins has fought both Ambrose and Reigns, but Ambrose and Reigns have never fought each other. Perhaps it's time to see what kind of chemistry these two have.
Ambrose is more than ready to be thrust into the main event scene. He is a great wrestler and has some of the best mic skills in the company. He wouldn't even have to turn heel for this to work; all he has to do is show a desire to be champion.
Since Reigns will definitely be portrayed as the kind of champion who doesn't back down from a challenge, a battle with his former Shield teammate would make for good television.
Now imagine that Rollins and Reigns are already in a feud, and Ambrose decides he wants some of the action. A potential Triple Threat match between former members of The Shield would be something just about every fan would be excited to see.
Extreme Rules will need a good main event to follow the biggest show of the year, and few potential matches would be as entertaining as Reigns vs. Rollins vs. Ambrose.
If you want to see what this bout might look like, head over to YouTube and search for the Triple Threat they had in FCW (it's not on WWE's channel, but you can find it if you look).
These are just a few possible options for Reigns' post-WrestleMania feud, but there are so many more. Who would you like to see him feud with, should he win the title from Lesnar?
