The Sun have obtained footage of the Manchester United star being decked by Phil Bardsley of Stoke City in his own home. 

The pair are former United team-mates and were sparring in the kitchen of Rooney’s Cheshire mansion when Rooney appears to have been knocked unconscious courtesy of a left-hand jab.

Although Bardsley's wife later took to Twitter to refute that claim.
