That's how many pull-ups 54-year-old Mark Jordan did to break the Guinness World Record for most pull-ups in 24 hours. 

Yes, you read that correctly.   

Jordan broke his own personal record of 4,320 pull-ups set last fall. Aside from looking like a beast, Jordan wants to spread the message that it's never too late to change your body.

Now I'm regretting that pizza I had last night.
