Zaakir HoosenAug 20, 2009

Usain "Lightning" Bolt has once again smashed the world record in style with his amazing 9.58 seconds 100 meter sprint in Berlin.

What is this man made of, his energy and drive is simply amazing, for a record holder someone who has to defend his title as a champion, to remain so carm in an arena filled with excitement is just something that only the best can do.

As he enters the stadium, the cameras immediately descend on him, the smiles are always there with the arms in the air. Usain Bolt has a "showman" character about him, something  highly attributed to his close friend Cristiano Ronaldo.

I guess when you know you so damn good, its hard not to show it.

Usain will once again take to the world stage tonight in the much awaited 200 meter men's final. As the world waits to see if its possible for him to break his own world record set last year in Beijing, 19.30 seconds.

After watching the 100m, i doubt he will disappoint his millions of fans world wide. Looking at the heats building up to the finals, Bolt cruised trough every race, the semis looking the easiest of them all, jogging the last 30m finish under 21 seconds.

This man is truly amazing, his strength, his energy and the personality behind the speed is what makes him an instant legend.

Just when you think his done it and that's - that, DA Bolt makes history and shocks those who say its humanly impossible.

As the commentator said, its not science its pure individual talent and sheer pace that the man possesses.

Will he bolt to brilliance tonight....lets hope!!
