This Is Not a Brett Favre Article, This Is a Brett Favre Rant

I might get some negative feedback from this rant but I’m putting it out there anyways. Brett Favre you are not a hero, you are not an icon, you are not a legend, you are a habitual liar who now has no respect from any Packers fan.

For the second time you have came out of retirement after stating that you will never step foot on a NFL playing field again. I remember this interview clearly with ESPN with Ed Werder.

Now you’re playing for the Vikings. What happened Brett were you too afraid to go face the guys who called you out on your terrible play last year?

Wait I forgot you want to beat the team that treated you so well up until you told them you were retiring to only come out of retirement and expect your job back.

I can’t believe the Minnesota Vikings would even sign a contract with him. Hell he has lied so much I’m not sure his signature of agreement has any value.

Well let’s hope the Vikings have a new offense or Brett you aren’t going to win any games. Let’s call the offense the AP offense. This offense consists of Adrian Peterson running the ball 95% of the time. I know some of you Brett fans maybe even some Viking fans are going to come out and say he can still throw the ball.

Good luck winning with a QB who has just as much of a chance of throwing an interception than a TD. Yes Favre threw 22 TD passes last year and he also threw 22 interceptions.

Let’s hope that offensive line holds up or Brett’s hip may not. Seriously he’s 40 years old and he’s played in the NFL for 18 years. Let’s be real, bones get weaker with age, just ask Brett’s rotator cuff. I predict that Brett throws his first TD pass this year but the bad thing is his arm is going to detach and go with the ball in the air.

Another thing did you really just say that a true Packers fan would understand? Please tell me that someone made that up because if that is not the case then you are not only the oldest starting QB in the NFL you are now the dumbest.

I will now put your intelligence level on that of Ben Stiller’s character in Tropic Thunder. No not Tugg Speedman… Simple Jack.

How could any Packers fan understand your desire to beat the Packers? You went and signed with their biggest rival, what kind of fan would understand that. Only a Brett Favre fan would understand that.

I may be coming off as too harsh but I already said it in an earlier article, if Brett comes out of retirement I will lose all respect for him and here we have that case. Seriously when he retires again who is going to care?

It’s no longer a case of a great player riding off into the sunset. It’s a great player getting pushed off of the hill by mediocre players.

We will no longer remember Brett as the guy who did so much in Green Bay. He will now be the guy who didn’t know when to retire.
