The NHL schedule had only five games on Monday, but Tuesday will feature eight interesting matchups. With more teams in action, there are more players you could consider or blacklist based on how they have played lately.
The salary cap of $50,000 helps put things in perspective, and it makes you consider each and every potential addition to your roster. After taking a look at the field of players and running the numbers, here are your top studs and duds for NHL DraftKings action on March 10.

Draft Lottery Winners and Losers
Jason Spezza, Dallas Stars ($5,600)

Tyler Seguin is back in the lineup for the Dallas Stars, but that doesn't mean you should avoid taking Jason Spezza. Spezza played just under 19 minutes during Seguin's return to the lineup, and you can expect him to average that for the remainder of the season.
The Stars' pivot has nine points in his last 10 games and a 4.2 points-per-game average during that span.
Tyler Johnson, Tampa Bay Lightning ($5,500)
Tyler Johnson has played amazing hockey for the Tampa Bay Lightning this season, and for $5,500 you can't go wrong with including him on your roster. Johnson has 10 points in his last 10 games, and he has eight points over a point streak that currently stands at six games. With 64 points this season and a fantasy points-per-game average of 3.8, Johnson is a value offensive player with a track record of consistency.
Mike Hoffman, Ottawa Senators ($5,300)
Mike Hoffman has played very well for the Ottawa Senators this season, and it is hard to believe this is his rookie campaign. The Sens' left winger has five goals and 10 points in his last 10 games and a 4.5 fantasy points-per-game average. Hoffman has a total of 24 goals and 42 points this season, and he's a good low-risk buy if you are looking to find a winger under $6,000.
Tyson Barrie, Colorado Avalanche ($5,600)
Tyson Barrie has stepped up his game recently for the Colorado Avalanche, and he's having a career year. Barrie already has 43 points, and 12 have come in the last 10 games. During that span, he has a fantasy points-per-game average of 4.6, and that's a nice rate for a player who will cost $5,600 against the cap.
Duds
Rick Nash, New York Rangers ($8,100)

Rick Nash has had an amazing season for the Rangers, but stay clear of him on Tuesday. His price tag of $8,100 is a lot to commit for a player with three goals in his last 10 games, and expect the New York Islanders to shadow Nash heavily in what is expected to be a playoff atmosphere at Nassau Coliseum. He doesn't give you the most bang for your buck, and for that reason he isn't worth selecting.
Claude Giroux, Philadelphia Flyers ($7,300)

Claude Giroux has six points in his last 10 games. With a price tag of $7,300, Giroux is in elite territory even though his production has been far from it. Do yourself a favor by saving $700, and take Eric Staal for $6,600. Over the last 10 games he has four more points and a .03 higher fantasy points-per-game average.
Victor Hedman, Tampa Bay Lightning ($6,200)
Victor Hedman is a solid defender with 33 points in 47 games, but $6,200 is a lot to spend on a player entering an unfavorable matchup on Tuesday. He does have eight points in his last 10 games, but the odds of him having meaningful success against Hart Trophy candidate Carey Price is very unlikely.
He isn't a dud in the sense that he's a bad player, but you can spend you money better when it comes to defense for action on March 10.
