Clayton Kershaw of the Los Angeles Dodgers has developed into one of the best young pitchers in all baseball, and he had dominated the St. Louis Cardinals in his brief career. Meanwhile, Adam Wainwright is also in raging form, so look for both offenses to struggle tonight.

Kershaw may be just 8-7, but that is through no fault of his own, as he owns an excellent 2.91 ERA, 1.26 WHIP and 142 strikeouts in 136 innings. Furthermore, has he has allowed two runs or less in all three of his starts vs. the Cardinals since being recalled last year, including one masterpiece this year where he tossed eight scoreless innings while allowing just four hits.
