Felder's Rant: Don't Turn CFB into No Fun League; Crop-Top Rule Is Ridiculous

The 2014 college football season was a year of change. The playoff era was ushered in, and now we've seen the end of the crop-top jersey. 

The NCAA recently announced, via NCAA.org's Greg Johnson, that in addition to a slew of new rules and regulations, players will no longer be permitted to tuck their jerseys into the bottom of their shoulder pads. In other words, no more crop tops exposing the bare midriff.
