The New Orleans Pelicans overcame an 18-point deficit to topple the Memphis Grizzlies in a Saturday night showdown at the Smoothie King Center.

Tyreke Evans netted a game-high 26 points and seven assists for the Pelicans (34-29), while Eric Gordon chipped in 16 points and six assists.

According to ESPN's Michael McNamara, Anthony Davis has tied Shaquille O'Neal for the most 20-point, 10-rebound, five-block performances by a player younger than 22 years old. Davis tallied 23 points, 10 boards and five blocks.

Jeff Green's 20 points paced the Grizzlies (44-18), but the team's eight-minute stretch without a field goal ultimately allowed New Orleans to crawl back into the game.

Marc Gasol managed just eight points—tied for his second-lowest output of the yearshooting 2-of-7 from the field. He added seven rebounds, six assists, five blocks and three steals in the loss.
