Oh Look, a Dress Made of Used New York Mets Baseballs

Dan CarsonFeb 19, 2015

The baseball dress isn’t the most functional outfit, but it’s for a good cause.

TCPalm.com reports that Port St. Lucie artist Jennifer Hitchner has designed a dress made entirely of New York Mets baseballs.

Reportedly made from the covers and guts of nearly 130 baseballs, the dress is slated to be autographed by players and auctioned off to benefit the Port St. Lucie American Little League Association.

The dress will be on display at Tradition Field for Mets spring training games, so if you’re in lovely South Florida and looking to ogle a literal ball gown, you’re in luck.

Dan is on Twitter, eagerly awaiting the baseball tuxedo.
