
Nico Rosberg Injury: Updates on Formula 1 Star's Neck and Return
Mercedes had an injury-hit second pre-season test in Barcelona on Feb. 19 with Lewis Hamilton abandoning his running through illness and Nico Rosberg unable to replace him because of a neck issue.
Both drivers are now confirmed to return during the final test in Catalonia.

Mercedes Confirm Rosberg Involvement in Final Barcelona Test

Mercedes revealed on Twitter that Rosberg and Hamilton are set to strap themselves in for the last round of Barcelona practices:

As reported by BBC Sport's Andrew Benson, the team previously confirmed the German was out of action until an inflamed nerve in his neck healed:
Rosberg had been scheduled to participate in Feb. 20's testing, but news of his injury puts this plan in jeopardy.
Rosberg seemed to be in good spirits though, as he made a special announcement on Twitter:
Reserve driver Pascal Wehrlein took over for Feb. 19's running after Hamilton withdrew citing fever, per Sky Sports' Pete Gill.
