Oakland Raiders Need To Put Heyward Bey In The Slot!

   After witnessing the Raiders Pre Season opener only 1 thing stuck out in my mind why is Heyward-Bey on the left not in the slot he cleary is not a weak side reciever he struggled through camp on that side. I started thinking that if he was in the slot Louis Murphy on the weak side Chaz Schilens on the strong side seemed like a better fit rather then forcing him to play where he can be eliminated from the play all together.I am going to go out on a limb and say he doesnt have the skill to be on the weak side not knocking him its true he clearly should have caught that long pass at this rate its going to be like a rookie playing Madden the one who just bombs the ball only to be picked or the reciever drops the ball.

  The other key element that sticks out being a first round pick he will be bracketed by the defense every week like the Cowboys did in the first pre season game heres where it gets worse the Chargers Broncos and Chiefs are better secondaries ie Brandon Flowers for you Chief haters and the starting corners in Dallas were out that game scary thought at this rate he will never catch a ball! So what if he was in the slot? He would be a nightmare that's what you can't double him cause you will have Miller right beside him and more then capable receivers on the outside not only that if he is doubled McFadden is gone seems like a good scenario. On another note is it just me or does McFadden seem slow two times I have seen him get run down from behind and Bush got a funny run style also Russell stares down recievers oh oh. In a positive note however Schilens is another Colston this guy is great I think the Raiders should send Walker packing along with Sands and somehow keep Rankin I see something in that kid like a monster ready to break out.

  Well the talent is there Morrison is a tackling machine Asomaugh is one of the best all in all this raider team is good if they can utilize this talent right they are contenders in the wild wild west.
