Manchester United Transfer News: Latest Rumours on Edinson Cavani and Paul Pogba

Louis van Gaal "will be forced" to choose between Paris Saint-Germain forward Edinson Cavani and Juventus starlet Paul Pogba during the summer, according to Ben Jefferson of the Daily Express.

Van Gaal recently admitted he needs to find "creative players" and balance in midfield, reported by the Press Association (h/t ESPN FC).

Jefferson suggests the Red Devils are "preparing" a £60 million swoop for Cavani—who has scored 16 goals in all competitions this campaign, per WhoScored.com—but this will effectively line PSG's pockets prior to the French champions launching a bid for Pogba.
