Daily Fantasy Hockey 2015: NHL DraftKings Picks for February 13

It's Friday and the weekend is finally here, and there are some quality matchups on the docket. There is the Stanley Cup rematch of the Boston Bruins vs. Vancouver Canucks, a Metro division matchup with Philadelphia and Columbus, and three other minor matchups.

There are a number of players you can select for your team, but here are your ideal picks for Daily Fantasy Hockey with DraftKings.

Jason Spezza has settled in nicely with the Dallas Stars, and he's got 42 points in 54 games this season. Recently the Stars' No. 2 center has played very well, and he's averaging 3.7 fantasy points per game over the last 10 games played.

Joe Thornton has played equally well, yet he will only cost $4,700. Jumbo Joe has 12 points in his last 10 games and is averaging 3.5 fantasy points per game.

Wingers: Jamie Benn ($7,900) and Milan Lucic ($4,200)

Jamie Benn is the captain of the Stars, and he's lead by example lately. The rugged left winger has five goals and 12 points in his last 10 games, and is averaging 4.9 fantasy points per game.

Milan Lucic is heating up after a miserable start to the season, and he will be ready for a road game in his hometown. Lucic has seven points in his last 10 games, and 31 overall this season.

Defenders: Dougie Hamilton ($4,600) Aaron Ekblad ($4,500) and John Klingberg ($4,400)

Dougie Hamilton has emerged as a top defender this season, and he's got two goals and six points over the last 10 games. Hamilton is averaging 3.6 fantasy points over that span and has been one of Boston's top blueliners.

John Klingberg continues to be one of the NHL's underrated defenders, and he's had an amazing season. Klingberg has 13 points in his last 10 games, and 29 points in 40 games this season. He will only cost $4,400, and that's an amazing bargain for a defender of his stature.

For the utility spot you should carry a third defenseman like Aaron Ekblad.

The Florida Panthers rookie is having a historic season, and he is third on the all-time list in points by 18-year-old NHL defensemen.

Ekblad is just an amazing talent, and he is showing he is going to be a franchise defender.

Goalie: Tuukka Rask ($9,200)

Tuukka Rask is having a solid season, and he's one of the top goalies in action on Friday night. Rask is 5-4-1 in his last 10 games, but he's got a 1.55 goals-against average and .954 save percentage. There are a number of ways you could go, but Rask is a really fine pick with a good chance of picking up some valuable points.
