Twitter Hijacks David Ospina and Nacho Monreal Q&A Sessions
Arsenal are no strangers to exposing their players to the world of social media, as proved by their relatively frequent Twitter Q&As and their YouTube Per Mertesacker comedy vehicle "Unclassic Commentary":
On Thursday, the Gunners teamed up with the Champions League to host back-to-back Twitter Q&As with goalkeeper David Ospina and Spanish defender Nacho Monreal:

Ospina started proceedings, and plenty of fans took the opportunity to converse with a professional footballer. The Colombian shot-stopper told us about his favourite goalkeepers, the players who tickle his funny bone and his puzzling lack of preference for conceding three goals or zero goals:
"@ChampionsLeague #AskOspina personal preference - MOTM performance in a 4-3 win or keeping a clean sheet w/ very little to do in a 3-0 win?
— JLS (@jolulism) February 12, 2015"
However, due to the banter-heavy nature of Twitter, most of the Q&A questions aimed at Ospina were insulting, hilariously off-topic or crude:
"#AskOspina when did you first realise your face was too small for your head?
— Harry Kane fan (@AchtungJono) February 12, 2015"
"Seriously lad, where is your neck? #AskOspina
— Lane Chat (@Lane_Chat) February 12, 2015"
Straight after Ospina had finished sifting through the quagmire of questions he would never answer in a million years, it was his Spanish colleague's turn on the social media batting mound:
The Champions League published questions and answers in which Monreal praised Leo Messi and agreed with Ospina's assertion that Santi Cazorla is the club laugh factory, but the #AskMonreal hashtag also suffered an inevitable hijacking:
"why did it take you a whole year before you decided you wanted to become a decent LB #askmonreal
— melo (@M3LONADE) February 12, 2015"
"Do you actually like Nachos, Nacho? #AskMonreal
— J☠RD (@Jordanlg_) February 12, 2015"
Never change, Twitter.
