IPL Schedule 2015: Dates, Matchups Announced as Full Fixtures Released
Defending champions Kolkata Knight Riders will kick off the 2015 Indian Premier League on April 8 at Eden Gardens in Kolkata against Mumbai Indians.
The full fixture list for IPL 8 was released on Wednesday and sees last year's table-toppers Kings XI Punjab open up against Rajasthan Royals, while Chennai Super Kings face Delhi Daredevils first up.
Sunrisers Hyderabad's first fixture will be against the Super Kings in Chennai and Royal Challengers Bangalore will be the last to get going against KKR on April 11.

Kings XI were the form team throughout the league stage of IPL 7 but could not turn that into a final victory, and they will be looking to rectify that this season.
Hyderabad, Delhi and Bangalore all need changes in fortune after poor showings in 2014, and they will likely all be very active in Monday's IPL 8 auction in Bangalore.
Yuvraj Singh, Kevin Pietersen, and Dinesh Karthik are the set to be the main attractions at the player auction, per Cricbuzz:
IPL 8 will hopefully see similarly huge-hitting and crafty bowling as 2014's edition, and the release of the fixture list truly whets the appetite for another fantastic tournament of T20 cricket.
The player auction will increase the anticipation even further as IPL fans and players count down the days to Kolkata's opening clash with Mumbai Indians.
