With James Shields off the board and heading to the San Diego Padres on a five-year deal, the MLB offseason saw its final marquee free agent sign on the dotted line. It has been a whirlwind offseason, with major free-agent signings and plenty of trades as well. 

Adam Lefkoe caught up with Scott Miller, Bleacher Report's national MLB columnist, to assess the damage and name his winners and losers of the hot-stove season.
