5 Teams In the NFL That Will Be Dissapointing This Year!

There are loads of teams in the NFL. Some will do great, some will do amazing. Others will fail their expectations. Most importantly, there will be some teams that made the playoffs last year that will do bad or not as good as the year before this year. Those teams are truly dissapointing. I'll will tell you 5 teams that will do bad to their standards this year!

New York Giants:

A lot of people wouldn't agree that the Giants won't make the playoffs. I have many reasons that support that the Giants won't make the playoffs. First, the Giants don't have Plaxico Burress or Amani Toomer! They do have some decent wide receivers like Steve Smith and Hakeem Nicks, but those wide receivers lack experience. Also, the division is so tough to win, and without Burress and toomer the Giants can't win the division. With the Redskins getting better, and the Eagles ready for a great season and the Cowboys ready for a bounce back year. The defense of the Giants will always be great, but the offense will struggle a lot of. If the Giants don't get a big widr receiver soon, they won't even come close of making the playoffs.

Miami Dolphins:

The Dolphins had a great season last year. They made the playoffs after a horrible 1-15 record the previous season. The Dolphins caught a break last year. The Patriots lost Tom Brady, and weren't able to compete as hard as they can. With Tom Brady back this year, the Patriots could very well dominate the division again. The Dolphins are a good team, but they can't compete with a team like the Patriots. They just don't have a good enough team to compete against the Patriots. The Dolphins also have a much more difficult schedule than last year. They have to play the Falcons, Colts and Chargers the first 3 weeks of the season. They also have to play the Saints, Steelers, Jaguars, and as well they have to play the Patriots twice. The Dolphins just have a too difficult schedule this year to make the playoffs with the team they have right now!

Tennesse Titans:

The Titans had a great season last year. They had a 13-3 record last year and won the division. It will be much harder to win the division again this year. The Colts are back as one of the elite teams of the NFL. The Jaguars are getting a lot better and the Texans are getting better as well. The Titans have only gotten worse since last year. They let go of Albert Haynesworth in the offseason. Haynesworth was their best defensive player and the heart of the defense. It is quite possible this year that the Titans won't make the playoffs. They have the best chance out of the 5 teams that will be dissapointing this year to make the playoffs. I still believe that the AFC will be too strong this year for the Titans to make the playoffs, but hey maybe if they get a good trade in this fall, they could make a playoff push.

Carolina Panthers:

The Panthers had a great season in 2008. They went 11-5 and won the division. This year will be much harder. The Falcons are getting really strong, the Saints becoming one of the elite teams in the NFL and the Bucs are getting a little bit better. The Panther have a good enough team to make it to the playoffs and perhaps even further. The whole key for the Panthers season relys on their quarterback, Jake Delhomme. He was great last year except in the one playoff game against the Cardinals. He threw 5 interceptions and fumbled the ball once. With Delhomme getting older, and he's not getting that much better, the Panthers should consider about getting a new quarterback to lead their franchise.

Arizona Cardinals:

The Cardinals had a wonderful season last year! They won the NFC conference and made it all the way to the Super Bowl, but they couldn't win it. The Cardinals will have lots of problems this year. Kurt Warner is already a little bit injured with his hip. He could injury it again. If Warner goes out the Cardinals season is done. Also Boldin isn't very happy with his contract, and he wanted to be traded! The one thing the Cardinals do have is Fitzgerald, their 6-footer big wide receiver. Also their defense wasn't that good in the regular season, it was phenomonal in the post season though. The Cardinals don't know which Cardinals defense will show up. Their division is getting a lot tougher as well. The 49ers should some life last year and played suprisenly well. The Seahawks are healthy and have a chance to give the Cardinals a challenge in the division. It will be quite difficult to get in the playoffs for the Cardinals this year!
