With the 41-9 Atlanta Hawks holding a nine-point lead over the Washington Wizards on Wednesday, forward Mike Scott drove to the rim on a fast break, sending Bradley Beal running home to his mama with a huge tomahawk slam.
Scott's teammates were fired up after the play, and they let him know it. This wasn't his first big-time highlight, though. He threw one down in the playoffs last season against the Indiana Pacers.
The Hawks' 19-game winning streak came to an end Monday against the New Orleans Pelicans, but perhaps they'll start another after knocking off Washington, 105-96. Scott finished with five points, three rebounds and one assist in just under 14 minutes versus the Wizards.
