Mats Hummels, Roman Weidenfeller Plead with Borussia Dortmund Fans After Loss
Borussia Dortmund, who were Champions League finalists in 2013, hit a new Bundesliga low when their 1-0 home defeat to Augsburg left Jurgen Klopp's men dead last in the league.
Their fans, who have grown so accustomed to success in recent seasons, had enough on Wednesday.
The supporters let the Dortmund players know about it, too—so much so that Mats Hummels stood next to the fence consoling angry fans and goalkeeper Roman Weidenfeller climbed the fence in an effort to plead with them.
