Super Bowl 2015: Latest Betting Odds and Patriots vs. Seahawks Fantasy Picks
Per Odds Shark, the latest betting odds haven't changed much for Super Bowl XLIX. The New England Patriots are still two-point favorites over the Seattle Seahawks in what oddsmakers are implying could be a close game.
In case you don't have a rooting or monetary interest in the bottom-line result, you may actually be mulling over which players to take in a fantasy contest. Allow me to make three suggestions on players who have the best shot at winning Super Bowl MVP.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈

This is probably the biggest no-brainer out there. Conventional wisdom would say that if the Patriots are going to come up big on Sunday, they will need Tom Brady to be at his best. The future Hall of Famer almost always gets great pass protection.
He was sacked just 21 times in the regular season. That said, Brady didn't play 16 games against a defense on par with what the Seahawks are bringing to the table.
Staying upright and comfortable in the pocket will be tougher on Sunday. Still, you have to like Brady's chances of putting up decent-to-great stats, especially if the offense gets rolling.

Ever wonder what Marshawn Lynch would do or say if he actually won the MVP of the Super Bowl? What would that postgame interview look and sound like?
In any case, there's no doubt Lynch will be factored in heavily in Seattle's game plan. During the regular season, Lynch was fourth in the league in rushing with 1,306 yards. He was tied for the league lead in rushing touchdowns (13) with the Dallas Cowboys' DeMarco Murray.
Lynch is the type of back who can be bottled up by an opposing defense for an entire game, and then suddenly explode for a big run that ignites his team. The potential big run can also turn a mediocre fantasy performance into a great one.
He's also been excellent in the postseason. Take a look at this tweet from Sam Monson of Pro Football Focus:
Because of this, Lynch is the best fantasy bet for the Seahawks.
Brandon LaFell

The Patriots can't allow the intimidation of the Seahawks' Legion of Boom secondary to discourage them from throwing the ball. We know Rob Gronkowski is Brady's favorite target, but you can bet Seattle is scheming and game-planning for ways to limit him.
It helps that the Seahawks have a big and physical safety like Kam Chancellor who may have the best chance of anyone in the NFL at checking Gronk. Per the Seattle Seahawks' Twitter account:
Whether Chancellor can ice Gronk or not, New England will need another dependable weapon. Brandon LaFell could be that guy. While he's not an elite receiver, he does have solid speed and good hands.
Richard Sherman may cover LaFell most of the night, but the Patriots coaching staff has been great at finding ways to allow secondary passing targets to shine over the years.
If too much attention is paid to Gronk, it'll open up opportunities for LaFell and others to play well.
