Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Carl's Jr.
Oh, Carl's Jr. The company that managed to offend people with ads featuring scantily clad women to the point that the hashtag #WomenAreMoreThanMeat trended in the past. From Kate Upton to Paris Hilton, Carl's Jr. has never shied away from using sex appeal to sell burgers, which is a funny thing because few people have ever felt sexy while eating a burger.
This year's ad is a bit more clever than those in the past, as a seemingly au naturel Charlotte McKinney is used to advertise for the company's new All-Natural burger. But you can bet it will continue to stir up controversy right up until the Super Bowl as well, as Carl's Jr. unabashedly uses sex appeal to sell burgers.
Some folks will see little wrong with the ad. Others will be offended. In the end, we're all talking about it, and truly, that's all Carl's Jr. cares about.
T-Mobile
Just about anything Kim Kardashian does will move the needle, but a commercial where she actually makes fun of herself?
Oh, consider the needle practically dancing at this point.
Kardashian's clever commercial for T-Mobile that suggests you use the data you still have at the end of each month to view her various selfies is particularly ironic considering she is releasing a book called Selfish that is, you guessed it, a collection of her own selfies.
I mean, we're talking about the woman who somehow managed to post an Instagram photo with the hashtag #PublicBathroomSelfie and still look good.
There is no stopping the Kardashian selfie empire. That T-Mobile managed to get the queen to poke fun of her addiction in a clever ad was a coup for the company and sure to generate plenty of buzz during the big game.
Snickers
Hey, anytime you invoke a classic television show like The Brady Bunch, you've probably got a winner on your hands. But the fact that Snickers got Danny Trejo to pretend to be a hungry Marcia is just perfect.
Admit it—as soon as you saw this, you started thinking about what other actors would play hungry versions of the iconic characters from the show. We'll laugh, we'll smirk, maybe we'll just think the whole thing is weird.
But you better bet we'll talk about it.
