Super Bowl Odds 2015: Prop Picks and Patriots vs. Seahawks Betting Predictions
The 2015 Super Bowl promises to be intriguing, but bettors aren't amused by the game alone. Instead, placing wagers on prop bets along with the overall line on the game seems to be what gets the people going.
Several bets can be placed on the game outside of the winner. Whether it's betting on the MVP of the game or the coin flip, each one is a difficult call.
Take, for example, the national anthem and the halftime performances. This year, Idina Menzel will open the big game, while Katy Perry and Lenny Kravitz will bridge the gap for fans in attendance and at home.

Most Promising Prop: Will Marshawn Lynch Score a Touchdown?
Asking whether Marshawn Lynch will score a touchdown in a huge game is like pondering whether he'll get fined for an inappropriate act. Of course he will, in both cases.
During his last seven postseason games, Lynch has rushed for seven rushing touchdowns. The only time he's been shut out of the end zone was against the Carolina Panthers, who haven't allowed him to score in the last four matchups.
In fact, ESPN Stats & Info notes how historically great Lynch has been for the Seattle Seahawks franchise in the playoffs:
For the Seahawks to pull out a win, they'll need Lynch to be the catalyst for the offense yet again. Russell Wilson is capable of carrying the team as well, but the New England Patriots pass defense will force Seattle's hand to get Lynch going.
Along with Lynch's physicality being enough to instill confidence for prop bettors, Seattle is apparently planning on making him the workhorse again. Doug Baldwin spoke about exactly that on media day, per SiriusXM NFL Radio on Twitter:
Let's put it this way: If Lynch doesn't reach paydirt, it doesn't sound like the Seahawks have much of a chance. For those looking to make a little extra coin Sunday, this bet might be the safest.
