Creature vs. Creature Writers Pool: Results After Watkins Glen

For the fifth straight race our Creatures showed they know their NASCAR by correctly picking the winner of the Heluva Good! Sour Cream Dips at the Glen.

After once again waiting out the rain the Sprint Cup Series put on one Heluva race at Watkins Glen with points leader Tony Stewart earning his third win of the season and his fifth at Watkins Glen.

Four of our Creatures picked Stewart this week, with three other Creatures picking Marcos Ambrose who chased Stewart to the checkered flag. That means our point standings and win totals have really tightened up after this week.

Next up is the two-mile oval, Michigan International Speedway, which will bring us within four races of the Chase for the Championship. Our Creatures have four more races to pick whomever they wish before being limited to only one driver in the Chase.
