NFLPA Files Grievance Against NFL over Personal Conduct Policy
The NFL's adoption of a new Personal Conduct Policy was its answer to the Ray Rice fiasco earlier this season, but the NFL Players Association isn't willing to proceed under it.
According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the NFLPA has filed a grievance in hopes of eliminating the league's Personal Conduct Policy:

According to Mike Garafolo of Fox Sports, the grievance may be used as a means of forcing the NFL to negotiate a mutually agreed-to policy, rather than simply abolishing it outright:
In the wake of the Rice scandal, former FBI director Robert Mueller released the Mueller Report, which was designed to examine any missteps or intentional unethical decisions the NFL made during its investigation of Rice.
While Mueller didn't uncover any shenanigans, he did make some suggestions regarding how the NFL might be able to avoid similar situations in the future.
As pointed out by Jane McManus of ESPNNewYork.com, Mueller heralded the new Personal Conduct Policy as a big step in the right direction:
The Personal Conduct Policy was approved by league owners on Dec. 11, and Commissioner Roger Goodell believes it is a huge step in the right direction, per ESPN.com.
"The policy is comprehensive. It is strong. It is tough. And it is better for everyone associated with the NFL. I have stated it many times: Being part of the NFL is a privilege. It is not a right. The measures adopted today uphold that principle.
"
It remains to be seen just how effective the Personal Conduct Policy will ultimately be, but it isn't hugely surprising that the players are against it due to the fact that it was passed by the owners rather than the players.
The league attempted to add some clarity to its punishments by instating the Personal Conduct Policy, but there are still plenty of question marks, which is likely why the NFLPA is stepping up to challenge it.
