Kyle Naughton to Swansea: Latest Transfer News and Rumours on Tottenham Star
Swansea have reportedly agreed a £5 million deal with Tottenham to take full-back Kyle Naughton to the Liberty Stadium.
Dave Kidd of the Daily Mirror suggests the defender "is set for a switch to South Wales" after failing to break into Mauricio Pochettino's team this season. The 26-year-old needs to establish a consistent run of first-team football to develop and can slot either side of Garry Monk's centre-backs to help Swansea push for a European place this season.
Ed Aarons of Guardian Sport suggests Naughton's transfer could impact Neil Taylor:

Taylor continues to be linked with a £4.5 million switch to Alan Pardew's Crystal Palace, which was reported by Dominic Fifield of The Guardian. Naughton's likely arrival could provide Palace with the boost to complete this transfer.
Naughton has made just nine starts across all competitions this season, per WhoScored.com. He possesses decent speed and is capable of bombing up the line, although he has registered just three assists since joining Spurs in 2009.
Monk will be hoping to get the best out of a player who has also been red-carded twice this season. Naughton's potential is clear, but he needs to work avidly and receive regular playing time to deliver at the top level.
