Kevin Durant Went on a Weird Twitter Tangent About Twitter

Channeling his inner Jaden, Kevin Durant took to Twitter on Tuesday afternoon to address a few social issues that have been bothering him.

The Oklahoma City Thunder forward kicked things off with a deceptively simple question: Why do you Twitter, Twitter? 

Durant followed up that tweet with more questions and an admission that he had started using Twitter to ward off insecurity.

Whoops. Missed the “I.”

There you go. 

Durant went on to muse over the idea of digital detachment. Is Twitter “just Twitter,” or is it more real than users know?

He then signed off. 

These are important questions, Kevin, and they must be asked. Just remember: Twitter is only Twitter if you let it just be Twitter.
