Sacramento Kings small forward Omri Casspi is battling a contusion in his left knee. He has been held out of action for the entire month of January, but has returned to practice.

Bill Herenda of CSNBayArea.com confirmed Omri Casspi returned to practice today.
On Jan. 9, ESPN's James Ham noted Casspi stated he was hoping to return soon.
Casspi Misses Multiple Games

Omri Casspi missed his sixth straight game Tuesday as the Sacramento Kings lost to the Dallas Mavericks 108-104.
Casspi Battling Knee Injury

Casspi missed seven games in mid-December with the same injury but had returned and played the previous five.
The 26-year-old has provided some solid depth for Sacramento off the bench, averaging 7.9 points, 3.6 rebounds and 1.4 assists in 18.2 minutes per contest.
