Raw: A Slow But Sinking Ship
Hello everyone. As always, I would like to thank you for spending some time with me today.
I have to say that the direction that Raw is going is starting to concern me. I don’t think it's the talent that’s the problem. What is really bothering me is the lack of commitment and leadership on the show.
It seems to me that Vince and the writers of Raw can't seem to keep from stepping on their own feet. When you have talent like Orton, Cena, Swagger and many others; there should be no reason to not put a good show together.

Just who in the hell does the writing for Raw? I mean come on, a fourth grader in the special class can write better than the clowns they have now.
I can’t solely blame the writers; Vince takes just as much blame in the problem.
I am pretty sure it was his idea to have a new host every week. This wouldn’t be so bad if it were former wrestlers or managers—In my opinion though, celebrities have no business hosting WWE's supposed flagship show.
They not only look stupid trying to do it but they also make the product itself look dumb.
If Vince is too busy to steer his ship, he should take the time to find someone who will do it the right way. Maybe they should just take a page from Smackdown and give us good solid wrestling each week.
It is not a very hard concept to pull off. Keep the lame storylines to a minimum and give us five or six good matches a night. That would be enough to keep the fans happy.
We don’t need Jeremy Piven and his lackey acting like an ass for us to be entertained. It would be also nice if they kept Hornswoggle's antics to a minimum. Can they possibly bury Chavo any more?!
It is safe to say that Raw as it stands is a very flawed product. Things can easily be turned around though with a little time and effort.
Thank you again for spending some time with me today
As always, have a great day and God bless
