Prince Harry Attends the World Darts Championship in London
The popularity of darts as a spectator sport in the UK shows no signs of slowing down and now it has been given the royal seal of approval.
No less than Prince Harry joined the beer-swilling masses at London's Alexandra Palace on Monday night as he watched defending champion Michael van Gerwen and others in action at the 2015 World Championships.

The Prince is a keen supporter of sports but is more commonly seen at football, rugby or polo matches.
Darts, however, has emerged as one of the most popular sports in the UK in recent years, to such an extent that Sky Sports has turned one of its channels into a dedicated darts service until the end of the World Championships.
After learning that the Prince had watched his 4-1 win over James Wade, player Stephen Bunting said: "I didn't know Harry was here. I'm going to have a pint with him now! But it is great that darts is getting this type of coverage."
