The 28-year-old has spent preseason working the hardest he has ever worked to ensure his fitness and skill are still intact, but, unfortunately, Arsenal were hit with bad news when it became clear that Rosicky had suffered a hamstring complaint and will not feature for Arsenal for at least six weeks.

If Tomas Rosicky finds himself in another injury stricken year, will Arsene Wenger be forced to sell him?

No doubt the Czech Republic international has skill. Rosicky is blessed with amazing speed and balance, he has a superb passing range and a fierce shot. The former Borussia Dortmund midfielder is also strong with both feet and can provide great accuracy off corners and free kicks.

But with Arsenal's talented youngster breaking into the first team at a fast rate, Rosicky could see himself fall behind in the pecking order.

The likes of Jack Wilshere, Fran Merida, Nacer Barazite, Carlos Vela, Jay Emmanuel Thomas all look like promising prospects to join the senior wingers, Samir Nasri, Andrei Asharvin and Theo Walcott.

Hence, Tomas Rosicky may find himself with out a place at Arsenal.
