--End of Update--
Last week, Detroit center Dominic Raiola grabbed some unwanted attention after stomping on the ankle of Chicago Bears defensive tackle Ego Ferguson. Raiola was suspended one game for his actions.
In Week 17, the focus shifted to Lions defensive tackleย Ndamukong Suh.
In the fourth quarter of Sunday's 30-20 road loss to the Green Bay Packers, Suh was caught stepping on Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers' legย not once, but twice.
Rodgersโwho reaggravated a calf injury in the first halfโshoved Suh after the second step.
Of course, Suh is no stranger to dirty plays. He was ejected and suspended for two games by the league after heย stomped on a Packers player's arm during a Thanksgiving Day game in 2011.
He was also fined $30,000 for kicking (unintentionally, he said) then-Houston Texans QB Matt Schaub in the groin during a 2012 Thanksgiving Day game.
After the contest, per theย Milwaukee Journal Sentinel'sย Tyler Dunne, Rodgers spoke about Suh's actions:
This latest incident may not be as clear as his past actions. Did Suh intentionally step on Rodgers' leg?
