the jets will have another good season but better with rookie mark sanchez, jones as rb and brad smith at wr the jets finish 11-5

the dolphins

chad pennington as qb another great season and the wild cat formation they finish 11-5

bills

to will take them nowhere they finish 4-12

afc north

the steelers defending super bowl champs with ben as qb homes and ward as wr mendall running this year [hopefully] parker  back and there d will take them 2 12-4 w.parker 21 rush td's b.roethlisberger 34 td pass's

flacoo as qb masson as wr and ray lewis gives them 10-6 record

bengles palmer pulls them up but ochocinco takes them down 10-6
