Manchester City Transfer News and Rumours Tracker: Week of December 15
Seven wins on the bounce have drastically altered Manchester City's season, but with injuries to key players, including both Sergio Aguero and Edin Dzeko, the chances of January arrivals at the Etihad are likely to have increased.
Both players are expected to be missing until the new year. With Stevan Jovetic also struggling with muscle problems, Manuel Pellegrini may try to push to bring in a striker, either permanently or on loan.
There also remains a possibility some of City's fringe players could depart, with the likes of Matija Nastasic and Scott Sinclair seemingly surplus to requirements.
This is your one-stop roundup of all the latest news coming out of the Etihad.
Bony or Benteke in During January?

According to Samuel Luckhurst writing in the Manchester Evening News, Pellegrini has confirmed he has a list of potential strikers drawn up ready to make approaches in January.
Luckhurst notes that City have been strongly linked with Wilfried Bony, Swansea's prolific marksman, and Christian Benteke of Aston Villa.
City Tempted by Move for Hummels

James Cambridge in the Daily Express claims City have entered the race to sign Mats Hummels, the Borussia Dortmund defender considered one of the best in Europe.
The report suggests City are ready to launch a £47 million January bid, a situation that seems unlikely given the financial restrictions placed on the club by UEFA during the summer.
However, with Vincent Kompany's continued injury troubles and Matija Nastasic's likely departure, City could well be tempted to bolster their back line.
Arsenal and Manchester United are also said to be interested.
