Calvin Johnson, Matthew Stafford, Golden Tate's Post-Week 15 Fantasy Reaction

A lackluster game from Matthew Stafford and Calvin Johnson shouldn't deter fantasy football owners from playing either guy during the final two weeks.

Against the Minnesota Vikings, who entered Sunday's clash ranked No. 6 against the pass, Stafford struggled to move the ball far down the field, and Megatron remained uncharacteristically quiet.

While the lack of raw numbers will cost fantasy owners, Stafford is far more concerned with the Lions landing a victory. He told DetroitLions.com's Tim Twentyman that he doesn't mind his subpar statistical outing.

If still alive to fight another day, stay calm and keep him in Week 16's starting lineup. When Detroit met the Chicago Bears on Thanksgiving, Stafford threw for a season-high 390 yards, with Johnson corralling 146 yards and a pair of scores.

Golden Tate actually benefited from their struggles, leading the Lions in targets and receptions with a touchdown. Although scores have come few and far between, he has recorded 91 catches in his first year with Detroit, shining as an underappreciated No. 2 fantasy wideout.

Since Johnson's return from injury, the receiving duo has proved they can coexist together to both sway fantasy matchups on a weekly basis.
