Since getting stunned by the St. Louis Rams, the head coach has committed to pounding the ball with running back C.J. Anderson. As a result, Denver's wide receivers have slowed down a peg.

After a disappointing two-catch, 11-yard outing last week, Demaryius Thomas rebounded as the only wideout to strive against the San Diego Chargers in Week 15. As backed up by ESPN Stats & Info, he stuffs the box score more often than not:

Very few receivers avoid such hiccups, so continue to treat Thomas as a must-start stud.

Emmanuel Sanders has become most hurt by Anderson's expanding role. Following a five-game stretch where he scored six touchdowns with four 100-yard outings, he has failed to reach triple-digit yardage or find the end zone in three straight games.

A top-10 play at the height of his surge, Sanders is now a No. 2 wideout who should remain in starting lineups next week against the Cincinnati Bengals.

Outside of Week 14's 82 yards, Wes Welker has deteriorated into an afterthought to avoid in all fantasy formats. That became apparent when he produced a mere 16 yards against San Diego.
