Matt Asiata, Ben Tate's Instant Fantasy Reaction After Week 15
For those still alive in their fantasy football playoffs, gambling and hitting on a guy like Matt Asiata or Ben Tate could mean getting one step closer to the championship.
You always expect your big stars to perform on a weekly basis, so when you get a great game from a guy like Asiata or Tate, those are basically free points, which could put your team over the top.
Although the Minnesota Vikings lost 16-14 to the Detroit Lions, Asiata managed to be a welcome surprise for those owners who started him on Sunday. Tate, on the other hand, failed to make any sort of impact.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
| Matt Asiata | 11 | 36 | 1 | 7 | 7 | 50 | 0 |
| Ben Tate | 5 | 8 | 0 | -- | -- | -- | -- |
In his first two games in Minnesota, Tate has carried the ball eight times, compared to 33 for Asiata during the same time frame. Minnesota head coach Mike Zimmer trusts Asiata right now, and he has little reason to think otherwise, as ESPN.com's Chris Tomasson argued:
Of the two, Asiata looks to be the only Vikings running back worth starting in Weeks 16 and 17, which isn't an endorsement that he should start in every situation. He should only crack your fantasy lineup if you're desperate for running back help and feel the risk is necessary.
