Jamaal Charles, Knile Davis' Instant Fantasy Reaction After Week 15

Through the first half, Charles was afforded nearly all the handoffs, but Knile Davis made his limited touches count. The understudy punched in a three-yard touchdown and took a 70-yard reception to the house.
Once the Kansas City Chiefs built up large lead, Reid took it easy on his star rusher.

Don't read too much into Davis' outburst, as he had compiled 42 total yards combined over the previous six games, never receiving more than five carries in the process. As long as Charles is healthy, Davis remains no more than a handcuff to stash on the bench, albeit a high-end one.
Although the Pittsburgh Steelers entered Week 16 as a top-10 rushing defense, they also surrender 4.4 yards per carry. A player of Charles' stature deserves the benefit of the doubt regardless the matchup, so start Charles with the utmost confidence during championship weekend.
Despite his two touchdowns against the Oakland Raiders, someone would have to be desperate to call Davis' number.
