Play Halted During Besiktas vs. Tottenham When Floodlights Go Out

Tottenham's Europa League charge came to a temporary halt on Thursday night, as the floodlights went out at Besiktas, causing a halt in action. 

The match was suspended after 15 minutes when the lights suddenly went dim at Ataturk Olympic Stadium. 

The delay was short-lived, though, as order and power were restored.

As the match dragged into injury time, the lights again went out.
